All I had to do was drag and drop the word "pic" to change the names. In the Pro version, selecting multiple files shows metadata in the info panel that they all share, and also allows bulk metadata editing. Now, depending on what you need the files to be randomized for can change the needed answer for your question. Sorting them randomly requires one of these filters to be randomized as well. You could sort the files by Name, Date, Type, Size, etc. Windows Explorer (explorer.exe) will sort the files however you tell it to sort them.
